Early risers have time to exercise- Early risers take out time for exercise to keep them fit in their busy schedule.

Mental Fitness- Getting up early not only gives you time to exercise your body but it also helps you in keeping you mentally fit, by meditating as the great successful leaders do.

Better Sleep Quality- Study tells waking up early helps you to go to bed early, and your body gets the quality sleep which helps in starting your next day a fresh one.

Reduce Stress- Waking up early gives a lot of time to do all important stuff and then go to your work on time without being in a rush which keeps your mind calm and stress-free.
